All quotations provided by Nibhyam Interiors are valid for a period of 15 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. Prices are subject to change based on material costs, design modifications, and scope of work.

All designs, drawings, 3D renderings, and creative materials produced by Nibhyam Interiors remain our intellectual property. These may not be reproduced, shared, or used with third parties without our written consent.
Nibhyam Interiors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be resolved through mutual discussion and negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
Nibhyam Interiors reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
